Wedding Package - $595

Weddings are the bulk of the business we do at Flashback Videos, so we have created an all-inclusive package to take the confusion out of picking which option to get and which options to cut because you can't afford them. We give ALL of this below to you for one great price! Compare what we offer in our wedding package to what others offer in their best packages. You will find that what we offer is equivalent to what you get for 3 or 4 (or more!) times the cost with other videographers.

  • Two videographers and 2 cameras for the duration of our time with you (8 hours max)
  • We arrive at the location of the ceremony at least 1 hour before it begins
  • One videographer covers bride's preparations, and the other covers the groom's (so long as they are both on the wedding ceremony site)
  • Complete ceremony coverage
  • Post-ceremony activity coverage (photo session, receiving line, etc.)
  • If you wish, a "Growing Up" photo montage can be added to the full length video at no extra cost.
  • Reception coverage (until all main activites are done, or until 8 hours after our arrival, whichever is first)
  • Fully edited video of the days events, usually about 1 hour in length (each wedding will be different of course)
    • Special effects and transitions (not overdone or "cheesy")
    • Custom titles
    • Songs of your choice
    • Usually delivered in 4-8 weeks after the event
  • 3-5 minute condensed/highlight video
    • We will upload to a video streaming service for you to share with all your family and friends
    • Usually available in 1-2 weeks after the event
  • 3 fully authored DVD copies (with menus and scene selection)
  • Custom designed artwork on the cases and discs, and a copy of your bulletin as a case insert
  • We will drive 100 miles (round trip) for free, each additional mile is calculated at the current IRS rate (currently 50 cents a mile).
    • Special flat travel rate of $150 for events held in the city limits of Independence, MO!
  • Additonal DVD copies only $10 ea.

We handle pricing for non-wedding events on a case by case basis. Please contact us with the details of your event and we will let you know what we can do and give you a price quote for those services.
